  • Horrible experience at Rockledge Fairways. Only have to give a star to rate but this an NO STAR REVIEW! The renovations aren't new at all. They have placed nice finished wood on outside of cabinets but have painted the inside of cabinets to match outside. So tacky...basically look new on the inside but are old still. Base boards of apartment dirty. Cheap appliances, old washers and dryers that are mixed and matched. Horrible customer service and to have to think I would have to deal with these type of people for 13 month lease. 2nd bathrooms have sliding doors that look filthy. Models look nice but the apartment you get won't even compare to the horrible paint job they do in their unit. Property looked ran down, just go tour the back of building. It wasn't even worth it and I let them keep my application and administrative fee after viewing the exact apartment I was getting. Best $150 I have paid to not be sucked into a lease there. Got a great deal at another complex in the same area, rent only $10 more. Do your research seriously! STAY AWAY!!!! YOU HAVE BE WARNED!!!
