Decided to come for dinner at 6 pm Friday night with two of my friends. I was a little skeptical at first as there wasn't many people in the place and I've only heard how this place was packed always. It t super busy at 9 and the crowd was great.
We sat in the back against the window.
Was explained the menu perfectly because I'm the more English one in the group which was sweet of him to explain each ingredient:) the waiter loved us and kept coming to chit chat and check on us. I think he may of been the owner has he wasn't dressed the same as the waiters.
We came with coupons for the oysters but still ended up spending 300 haha.
Food was great and the wine even better.
The food came pretty quickly and everything was delicious minus my friends ribs it wasn't worth he price and it was nothing to it. Which sucks for him as we were back and forth on which plates to get.
My beef flank with maple glaze was awesome and the veggies brought it all together.
The only thing I didn't like was the foie gras it had no taste. It was served on burnt toast with tomatoes mashes up it wasn't what I saw from other pictures with the berries. But Minus that it was great.
