  • On my daughter's first visit, they were great - to start with. They were attentive to her needs and very patient. When the doctor came over, she got nervous. Instead of trying to calm my daughter and reassure her, they felt the need to hold her down - which only scared her more. Thanks for making my child terrified to go to the dentist!
