  • Bottom line: the steel cactus is nothing special. The food is average and over priced. HOWEVER, their frozen margs are awesome. The regular frozen marg is so fresh and tastes like it has real lemon and lime juice in it. That's refreshing to me considering most Mexican restaurants have very artificial tasting margs. Overall, I'd only go to steel cactus if it was happy hour. They seem to have pretty good specials and the drinks are wayyy better than the food.
