  • I really want to love this place because it's within walking distance of my house. It would be so nice to walk to weekend brunch but can't say I'll do that because this place isn't that good. I'd rather drive somewhere with better prices and better food. The chilaqules were the best thing that we had. I ordered the chicken and waffles. The waffle was horrible. Cold, dry, thin and stale texture. The chicken was good but not great. I didn't like their maple syrup, it had cinnamon in it and with chicken? Yuck. I ended up pulling it off and eating it alone. I asked for blue cheese dressing so I could salvage my meal and dip the chicken in it and all they had was cheap bottles ranch style dressing. The service was the worst part of the whole experience. The server treated us like we were bothering her and she was missing half the time...like seriously missing like not in the room or the kitchen.
