I am baffled by the significant poor customer service. Every time I have gone there, the person sitting behind the desk hears the door open, places the scanner on the counter, and continues to stare at their computer screen. Customers who walk in want to feel welcomed and appreciated for being a member. There is no acknowledgement, eye contact, or a "have a great workout." I don't see the point of paying someone to sit at the desk and greet customers if that's not being done. I will go out of my way and work out a different location to avoid this particular LA Fitness.
