Walked in to the parts desk needing a new replacement key. They 1 had in Stock - purchased it right away. I was told to go to the service area to have the dealer program it. So I did just that, I asked if I should make an appointment or just roll my terrain up.
They asked for what type of service. Told them to program a new key I just purchased. Their quick and friendly response were steps on how to do it myself in the parking lot.
I did what they told me and within a minute - I programmed my new key fob.
I never had a smooth and easy time at a dealership until now. My total trip at VAN Buick was less than 8 minutes.
This made my day.
