This is the worst gym I have ever been to. It's ridiculously tiny. There is a lot of broken equipment, which is already very limited as it is. You have to wait to use anything and are constantly being asked to move. You have to fight for a bench or to use the squat rack. No room to deadlift anywhere. The weight values are missing from the dumbbells, so half the time you don't even know what weight they are and they are always placed in the wrong spot.
The staff is horrible. There are literally only two staff members that are kind. They discriminate and can make you feel as though you don't belong. The "trainers" are "certified" through EOS, not by any real board (NASM, NSCA, ACE, etc.) I have heard so many clients say (out loud) that they will be switching to the new LVAC when they open up, which I promptly did after one staff member spoke to me in such an unprofessional manner. My friends and I went right down the street to LVAC and signed up. I compete and have a lot of friends who lift that have the same opinion of EOS and their staff. We have now all signed up with LVAC and from experience (I was with LVAC for over 12 years before I had to move out of state for my job), they are the best in the valley. The one on North Decatur opens on May 18th and the facility is beautiful. Take your money there. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The gym is amazing and they have so much equipment and space. Oh, and they have dumbbells that actually state their weight values.
