This was not my best experience with a professional office. I was referred by a friend that was very pleased with their treatment. I made an appointment for 3:00 and was then contacted a few minutes later by the office staff ( I have her name but I will not include it here) that my appointment needed to be changed to 4:15 as the first appointment time "disappeared". On the day of my appointment 35 minutes prior to my scheduled time I got a call advising me that I had missed my appointment scheduled for 3:15 and now would have to be worked in as the rest of the afternoon was booked full. I went to the office, completed the paperwork and while I was waiting to be seen I found the voice mail advising me of the appointment time of 4:15. When I advised her of the voicemail she became upset and told me that when she talked to me that morning she told me my time was 3:15. When I told her that was not possible as I was at work she continued to state she spoke to me. I am at work at 5:30 in the morning and cannot accept or make calls from my workplace. This went downhill from here and I felt I was being belittled and disrespected in front of other patients. A simple apology and listening to the patient could have turned this around quickly. As I was again told that I was wrong I requested my paperwork and left. I know this practice and Dr has all 5 stars so I'm really feeling like the lone dissenter, but this was not at all the way to treat a new patient.
