  • We've used Sir Carpet twice in our move from one house to another and would use them again. We couldn't believe that the carpet in the first house went from looking like it needed to be replaced to looking almost new. The scheduler worked with us to make the appointment as convenient as possible. The technicians were friendly and efficient. We really like that they actually use steam to clean the carpets. Besides the wall-to-wall carpets, they did a great job on our area rugs, too. They went over stains several times and were able to remove all but one that was there since the previous owners and their dog lived there. I know they tried their best to remove it. They also gave us helpful information about caring for the carpets.
