  • Sometimes their sales tactics are oppressive. Their parts department is good. Their service representatives are intelligent and generally know what they are talking about, however the service that your vehicle receives is deceptive because if you don't know how to double check that they did the work or were even qualified to do the work your screwed! We had to take our X5 to Sin City BMW for repair after BMW of Las Vegas serviced it for 10 days! That's right 10 days! It only cost us another $3K to fix it and it may never be completely repairable. Amazing.
