  • I've had great experiences at Neiman Marcus & have had a lot of great deals throughout the years, on top of friendly employees. But im leaving one star because after a conversation with ANDY SETH the Manager on shift. He refused to help me n my brother in which my brother has been a clientele with Neiman Marcus for 7+ years. There seems to be miscommunication when logging someones name to a purchase of a product. Its not done as much as it should be when paying with cash. The manager was very rude and laughing when objecting to him denying taking the item back as store credit. Im sure it was out of nervousness but he then refused to come down to the men's department to clarify a few things with a representative that has known us for years. Very poor customer service from a manager.
