  • Jessica is amazing. I've been here twice to see her. She did my eyebrows first and a week later she did my Brazilian. She was very good with explain the process. I told her it was my first time and she really took that into consideration. She was truly amazing. I felt like a valuable client and not just dollar signs. She is very caring and tries to make it comfortable for me. It was amazing experience with her. She will keep my coming back to this location. The front desk personnel could use some sensitivity training. I wish I could remember her name but it escapes me. She was the only reason I could give this a 5 star rating. I just didn't appreciate the way she talked at me, instead of to me. I work with customers all day within my career and I would never cut them off when they are explaining their dissatisfaction with my tone of voice.
