This is directed towards the ticket / event counter and the manager that stated he "programmed the events." Many people were upset but only a few actually came up to complain to the counter...and for good reason. We all came to see a Hip Hop concert that had legendary rappers including Chubb Rock and Big Daddy Kane. The headlining act that was boasted was Whodini who was on the bill and on all the ticket selling sites. I bought my ticket on ticketmaster through Songkick. Well, each act played three songs and then abruptly got off the stage. No sign of Whodini. Come to find out...they are NOT performing. Another ticket buyer ($55 each) went to the counter and told each of us that Whodini was taken off "weeks ago." "I personally took them off myself." I asked him to bring up Songkick and Ticketmaster on the computer and he could not even spell Whodini. And he was supposed to have "reprogrammed" the sites to take the headliners off. I GOT HOME AND CHECKED THE TICKET SITE AND WHODINI IS STILL ADVERTISED. I will never go back to this venue again. The manager needs to be fired for false advertisement. Anyone who goes to see the headlining performers and are told during the middle of the show that they weren't even showing up should at least be given some sort of consideration or even discounted or refunded their ticket. If it were the Rolling Stones and other acts playing and the Rolling Stones didn't show up...you would have a riot. Rant over.
