  • If only we could give negative stars!!! This is the most incompetent bunch of rude lazy people I have ever had to deal with. For owners do not let these people represent you and you property because they will run off tenants. (Because they have definitely ran me out of a nice property.) They dont want to fix anything, they do not return calls or emails, and they do not have people skills. They are not familiar with properties they list, they strong arm you into staying and they are not helpful to the renter at all. Renters if you see a property listed by this place..... RUN because it will save you the headache of dealing with these money grubbers. The have clauses in the lease that are not ethical and I wish I would have ran it by a former property manager and real estate agent I know prior to moving in because when she saw the lease she was like this is bull. Owners you are better off finding a good tenant on your own. I wanted to do upgrades to the property I was living in but after seeing they didn't want to fix anything i decided against it. Another failure was performance of annual walk throughs which in three years they only preformed one on the property I was in. The staff was so disorganized that the lost my lease renewal then tried to charge me extra as a month to month rental. After much disputing and nasty from the staff I was able to get things straightened out. I would not suggest this place anyone for any reason (not even my enemies) because they are not customer oriented. This was the biggest headache for me and I am glad to be rid of these people!
