  • Didn't even get to experience this place. I was never notified of their "no refund policy" it isn't listen on their website, like the receptionist said there was. I had done my transaction over the phone with a different receptionist. The second receptionist was extremely rude did not want to help she just said they would not do the refund (needed a refund due to skin and my dermatologist suggesting me not to laser for a while.) Reviews on yelp and Groupon can confirm that these people are down right rude and uncooperative (wish I had read them previous to my purchase.) Do not waste your time and energy here, I have not even received a treatment or have used a session and they're already giving me a hard time. PASS. Also I tried to make my review on google and it strangely says "no connection" coincidence? I think not. Anyways, my credit card company will be dealing with this issue from here on, if anyone else has had the same experience do not budge or let your money go to the drain! Continue to fight! This place should not be operating given, all these brutish reviews and complaints some reviews seem like a safety and hazard issue!!!
