I recently called Donley Service Center to look at my air conditioner which had suddenly stopped working. (They had installed it 8 years prior) They came out and found that it was just a fuse which needed replacing. While they replaced the fuse, they also told me I would need a capacitor in a few months. As I was just putting on a new roof, I told them I'd have to look in to that in a few months as I could not afford it just now. Well, the technician, Daniel, called his supervisor, Carl, who told him to go ahead an put in the capacitor "for free". That never happens and I was so humbled and grateful.....In any case, I would most definitely refer Donely to all of my friends and family for air conditioning service or to purchase a new air conditioner. Both Daniel and Carl when above and beyond and in my book - you just don't hear of that in this day and age. I'll use them for all my air conditioning needs.
