My company assist hundreds of homes owners throughout the valley managing the details of their lives. This often times includes being a project manager as well as working with subcontractors to get repairs completed.
One particular home owner had a recent Sonoran Pavers' Driveway installed. The driveway looks very nice.
With the recent monsoonal and early winter rain, the pavers have sunk so I have contacted the owner Randy and associate Chad to come out and repair the sunken pavers. I am always asked if the work is under warranty. I have said yes, but if it isn't we will pay for the repair needed for the driveway.
For more than 3 weeks, my calls and text (was asked to text when they couldn't pick up the phone) have been met with no return call or response of any nature. Finally today, I was told by Chad that their business is not set up to repair their work. "It's not how we are set up".
So my experience of poor communication with little to no response to inquiries and a business that does not stand behind their work, I would not recommend working with this company. They want the sale but not any post sale responsibility.
