This review is 100% based upon the fact that I was charged more than quoted. I will take responsibility that I took their word for the "free" portion of the service that was not on the written quote.
I took my phone in approximately 2-3 weeks ago when I was shopping to get a quote to have it fixed. I was clear that the charging port was shot (I had been using a wireless charger), and the final drop finally did in the internal screen. Everything else was working. Gary was clear that he could fix it in a jiffy and would even charge me for the charging port since he was already going to be in the phone replacing the screens. He put my information in their system and printed out the paperwork quoting the price for the screen replacement only. Gary said there was no way to put in the charging port without it printing out the price.
I finally took my phone in this week and returned two days later with a charge for the charging port. What am I going to say, "take it out"? They offered a $20 discount. Whatever.
Don't be lured in by promises. Get everything in writing.
