I brought my Samsung Galaxy in because of a cracked screen. I had no other problems with the phone. The tech who worked on my phone accidentally damaged the LCD so instead of being told I would get my phone in 2-3 hours it instead turned into 6 hours. Since it was a Friday I figured as long as it was done right I would be happy. After paying $98 I took my phone home over the weekend and on Sunday, the LCD went black. I had to take the phone back in and I think a different tech had to fix it. I thought the initial price to repair the cracked was kind of high but I figured as long as its done right that was my main concern. The inconvenience I had isn't worth it. On a good note, all the employees were very polite and courteous.
