  • Practitioners appear to be knowledgeable, but wait times are unbelievably long. Sometimes 45 minutes or more. Also, they NEVER call you back!!! Ever!!! I called 8 times, and spoke to the receptionist about the question I had. Every single time she said the appropriate person to speak to wasn't there, but that they will return my call the next day. Never happened! It's really too bad because I don't want to have to find a new doctor, but I'm left with no choice. Bummer!
