There was one person in front of me at 12 noon, which I figure is the busy time as everyone needs to get their phone fixed at lunch. Took 10 min and then they were ready for mine. This is not cheap, my deductible is $150 for my insurance and price for a new screen for my iPhone 6 was $129, + tax. That's for a 14 day warranty, the "premium" glass comes with 1 year warranty. I went for the cheap one. 10 minutes later I had my phone back in working order. The home button feels a bit lower down than before but everything is working fine. Overall the main advantage is my phone was so cracked I could barely use it without cutting my fingers, I couldn't wait for a new phone to be shipped to me. So this worked out nicely for me. Appreciated such quick service.
