CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST AND A TOTAL FAIL!!!
SO CALLED MANAGER - JABAR AND SALESPERSON AVERY, NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY.
Recently visited store to upgrade my phone after a breakage. But that evening after purchase I was having trouble with Home Button not depressing right. After having other family members check my phone they were having the same problem . Returned next morning, not even 24 hrs later wanting an EXCHANGE ONLY AND WAS DECLINED. HIS WORD AGAINST MINE THAT SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH BUTTON. I feel as a CUSTOMER and per the contract of 14 days return or exchange I would be put through this aggregation. They even had the nerve to say to go to the APPLE STORE at Kierland 15 miles away and have it checked out. If they say there was something wrong with it to bring it back. Ha! Isn't that what they are there for??? LONG STORY SHORT THEY DECLINED EXCHANGE AND OF COURSE, IF I RETURNED IT THERE WOULD BE A $35 RESTOCKING FEE. I DON'T THIS SO....
I did try to contact TCC Customer Service number only to have my call dropped and when I called back got a recording to leave name and number and they would contact me back. Well, what year??? Still waiting...
I do have to say that Garrison salesperson who originally sold me the phone, was more courteous and took time with me. He even made a follow up call. However, he said he could do nothing for me either since the Manager had the say. Are you kidding me. These people in the store are of maybe college age. Give them power and they think they are GOD.
Good luck for anyone purchasing from this store. I would avoid it like the PLAGUE!!!
