  • Was referred to this company thru Old Republic Home Warranty. I've usually had positive experiences with their providers, and have issues resolved within 24-48 hours. I can't believe how this company even stays in business. They have yet to answer the phone, and I've called seven times. While trying to resolve with Old Republic, even they couldn't get them on the phone on any of the three occasions. Then, via an email thru Old Republic, Anytime Appliance notated I was scheduled for a Friday. However, I still have not been contacted nor do I have a time as to when I should expect the service call. Unbelievable that in one week, not a single person from Anytime Appliance has contacted me directly, returned a phone call or has answered a single call- straight to voicemail every single time. In my 20 years of real estate and property management, this rates among the worst of the worst. Avoid at all costs. Update. 10-21-2015. I was able to change the service company thru the Home Warranty. When the new company came out, they were unable to service it, why? Because Anytime Appliance had left the dishwasher in multiple pieces, unassembled and a mess. I asked the technician (from Elite Appliances) if he or his company would ever leave a job in such a state. His response was, "No way, Of course not, never!" So, not only does Anytime not answer a phone, return calls or show up for service, they leave an unfinished job in shambles, so that the next person is unable to determine what is even going on, other than it's a dishwasher with dismantled pieces all over the place. Unbelievable. I wish it was possible to give negative stars. By the way, still not a single reach-out from Anytime Appliance.
