  • We booked this hotel for two weeks not realizing it was a time share. This place is amazing! They are really family oriented here and they also do little activities here pretty much every hour! Things from wine and art, superhero cape decorating for kids, complimentary nacho bar, lemonade and cookies, chocolate tasting etc. they also have plyoga classes, Zumba, and water aerobics! The gym here is really clean the activity staff is nice and Alex at the front desk was extremely helpful and nice, he personally watched the rates per night here for us and called us once they dropped! (We decided to stay 2 extra days). 4 stars because our room could of used a bit more work. We booked the 1 bedroom villa, and right when we walked it in had a odd smell like old? Figured out it was the air vent. The double shower head is completely useless. The water doesn't even hit your body you can't really adjust it my husband is 6"2 and it doesn't even hit his body lol.
