So, the Yelp App tool where you can submit a brief descrip of your issue and a photo doesn't exactly work, but I still got excellent service and repair from Besco.
I brought in my Snapper mower because I had made the mistake of starting it too many times when it stalled in tall grass without first clearing under the deck and around the blade. Big, strong arm + plastic starter housing = broken starter.
They had my replacement part in stock, and replaced it for $70 all in which was reasonable to me- seeing that even if I had ordered the part online ($40 plus s&h), and waited the 4-6 weeks for it to be in stock and then delivered, then grasping at small engine repair (which I loathe), I woulda paid my landscaper more than the difference for mowing than what I paid Besco to fix it. It took less than two weeks to get my mower back, good as new.
