  • Just ate here for the first time and I am thrilled I found this place. For the past two years I have been trying to find good bbq in Las Vegas and everything I tried was, honestly, not very good. Then I found this spot. I had the two meat plate with brisket and ribs. I also added mac'n cheese and pickle fries. There wasn't a single item that I ate that I wouldn't give 5 stars to. The meats were tender, smoky and so juicy. I think the best part though was the bark on the brisket. The dry rub mixture here is phenomenal. As for the sides, the fries were crispy and didn't fall apart at all like other fried pickles I've had. The mac'n cheese was gooey and made with spiral noodles for the maximum cheese to noodle ratio. I will definitely be back with all my friends.
