rev:text	I wanna love this place, really I do. But my experience today is making it difficult to do so. I have no issues with the taste of the bowls. The fruit seems to be really fresh. The list of options and add-ons is just fine. Today I ordered online for three smaller bowls. When you're paying almost $40 for this, you'd at least expect full bowls. Our bowls today were barely above half full! To make matters worse, my 15 year old accidentally dropped one of the bowls (it fell outta the bag) on the way to the car. Not that we expect it to necessarily be replaced free of charge, but the young girl manning the truck didn't offer anything towards the replacement. She just mentioned rather cold-like that we'd have to buy another one to replace it. Out of courtesy and good customer service most establishments would have just replaced it. No questions....just to keep good customers if for no other reasons! I would have thought at the very least she would have offered a new one at half price! But no effort made to show she appreciated our business. Interesting thing is, just this very week we tried another place that sells Acai bowls. For the same price of a small at Rico's we got a bowl at least 50% larger! And it was great! The only difference is that they blend their Acai. But their outta of the neighborhood. Too far to just pop over and get on the regular like I'd like to do Rico's. I really hope they'll do better with customer service. One day last week we went to the truck around 8pm only to find a sign that said "Sorry- closed early for maintenance. But our College St location is open till 9." So we headed to the College St location, only to have the young guy tell us that they closed early! He proceeds to tell us that the owners tell them to close early all the time cause they need to save money. (Explain the half-filled) 10.00 Bowls! Maybe we'll give them another try. But before we do, well probably try out all the other new businesses selling clean fresh foods and Acai bowls. We'd at least save a buck or two and still get really good-tasting fresh fruit.
