Chipotle needs to revamp this location. Don't bother placing an online order here, very rarely do you ever receive what you've actually ordered. I walked in there recently to pick up my order (I'm a glutton for punishment, I guess). There was nobody in line and two people at the cash register. I walked up and said I had a pickup order. The young girl working looked at me and then went back to staring out the window. I waited for another few seconds and then my coworker walked up and reiterated what I had already said. She continued to blow us off until the guy standing next to her started helping us (He was pleasant). We showed up 10 minutes after our scheduled pickup time and my order had not even been started on (again - nobody in line and hardly anyone eating inside). My coworker's order was finished but was made incorrectly (fyi: lettuce and guacamole are not the same thing). The gentleman working did comp us a free drink because of this, which was nice. Once my food was finished the space-girl bagged it and then sat it on the table next to her. She then continued to look out the window; perhaps the traffic was more interesting... Either way, she never attempted to let me know that my food was ready and it continued to sit on the table until the happier guy working took it from her to hand to me. The restaurant appears clean, however most of the employees make it very obvious that they could care less about their job and they definitely don't put in any sort of extra effort to make the experience pleasant. I love Chipotle and unfortunately, this is the only location around my work. However I'm not going to continue to pay $10 to get an incorrectly made lunch by rude staff. Perhaps the management should consider blacking out their windows so space-girl isn't so distracted by all of the exciting cars driving by.
Disclaimer: I waited roughly 8 months to write this review to see if things would improve and I've continued to be disappointed.
