Came in with 4 of my 7 children and purchased 3 singles and a double. $18.00 later. Prior to presenting my card to purchase, I inquired about a stamp card or coupons and I was told you have to keep this card and we will attach every receipt to the card. Thanks for bulking my wallet up now. Then I pay. Minutes later I go sit outside and I find a coupon. Then I come inside and I present it and remind them that I was asking about coupons. They apologized for not knowing about the coupon. I ask to speak to the owner and get told that is confidential info. This is a franchise location. I feel the contact info should be available to all guests. So I ask to speak to the owner on the phone. She continues to tell me about the way they do things and I try to explain as a customer how similar businesses work in the area. With that being said, educate your employees regarding coupons available.
Well, after a short conversation, I don't see a point to returning here. I prefer Golden Spoon and their "stellar" customer service
