We receive an envelope from a client every week that's sent "Next Day Air". For the past 4 weeks these envelopes have been delayed by at least a day or two! This week it was supposed to be delivered on Friday (yesterday). We called because we got a notification that the plane was delayed in KY (the same excuse the last 4 weeks). We call and speak to a supervisor who tells us she "upgraded" our delivery to special Saturday delivery. Well it's Saturday and no delivery! They're now saying that our address is incorrect and it had to be fixed so the driver left without it! BS!!! It says right in the tracking information our address is correct! Then they said the shipper requested a different delivery date, BS again!!! Because of the holiday on Monday it's been pushed to Tuesday, January 2nd! It's ridiculous and unacceptable that someone pays for Next Day Air and that means nothing! Guaranteed my a**! UPS needs to be accountable and make every customer a priority and not just Amazon! Amazon is having their own drivers deliver packages now and UPS won't even have that account someday! I advise you to take care of your loyal customers before they bail and find another delivery service! We'll be requesting our client use another delivery service from now on since UPS is so unreliable!
