  • Have been living here for almost a whole semester. Moved here from central on broadway (broadway and Valencia just south of midtown) terrible apartments. Midtown is an upgrade from my previous apartment! It's close to asu! Was a bit intimidated to move here because of the reviews. But we actually have experienced nothing but good things since moving here. The area we are in is quiet! No loud parties or disturbing neighbors! Which is great! The property is maintained pretty clean... except the occasional dog owner who refuses to clean up after their dog (not the properties fault that some people are gross af) the apartment was given to us CLEAN. I mean some flaws exist like drawers that don't glide nicely but to us that's not a huge deal. They recently moved to an online payment system that makes paying rent so much easier! The staff up front has always been super nice to us so we can't complain about that either. The only thing that I have experienced 2 times that made this a 4 stat review is that the water was turned off for maintenance 2 times for several hours. Overall, great place to live and great value for the price!
