  • Wouldn't it be nice if someone actually answered the phone? They came recommended by my OB, however when I tried to book a new baby appointment I tried in vain 5 times to book an appointment. Every time the voicemail picked up. Never once spoke with a live body. I did get a call back one time (on a number that I didn't leave as my call back-- so someone was looking at caller ID not listening to my message) and when I called back--- yup-- no dice! No one answered. Guess they don't want any new patients.
