  • WOW where do I begin. The apartments are so cheaply made, the walls paper thin. You can hear distant gun shots because the surrounding area the apartment complex is located in, is very dangerous. If you enjoy falling asleep every night to the sweet melody of police and ambulance sirens then you'll be right at home here. The outside of the apartments are filthy, animal poop everywhere, smells like cat pee on all the buildings and you'll see them in the parking lot. THERE IS NO PARKING. We lived in a 3 bedroom....it only comes with ONE parking spot? NOT PRACTICAL. No parking anywhere, you have to park your car most times outside the gate even if you are a resident, and it's very dangerous area. The electricity was always turning off on our unit, faulty wiring patience said each time they came. The washing and driers are so old they should be in a museum. They occasionally work. The bedrooms are so small and dingy. Honestly I'm so glad the lease ended, I wouldn't recommend living here to ANYONE. P.S theres no security and homeless people often gather in the "community pool" area. super ratchet apartments. The apartment community reminds me of government housing. Projects vibes everywhere.
