  • My experience as a new customer was very friendly and helpful staff. They do have a drive through and have just changed their days to Monday through Saturday. My opinion... they all need a day to rest on Sunday. Their hours are fantastic but you have to wait 10 days for checks and a debit card. I was a little shocked about this and it gave/gives me an uneasy feeling but they have been in business quite a while. I cannot do online banking until I get a debit card and pin to use my online bank account. If I loose my check then the only way I know I have a checking account is to go into the bank. I think this is just a weird way to do business. I do however like that the ATM is free anywhere you go, if you are charged an atm the bank is supposed to reimburse you. Maybe I just got a new customer service person.
