  • The worst customer service in drop off. Richard was rude and disrespectful from the minute we arrived. It was as if he was "put out" doing his job. He stood back and watched as we unloaded, not once offering assistance. Even the women behind the desk came out to help us as we struggled to unload as Richard stood there watching. We tipped her for her kindness. Unbelievable!
