  • After a horrible experience with another apartment complex we were lucky to find this place! We were moving our son in for his junior year at ASU. We had originally planned to rent at Grandes Cortes until we started moving in and the apartment was infested with roaches!!! Still freaking out about that! We were in a time crunch to find our son a great place, inexpensive and close to campus and spent a day and a half viewing apartments and speaking to leasing agents in the Arizona heat (118 in the shade). When we arrived at University Pointe and noticed the gated community and decor we were feeling pretty good. After meeting with Chelsea we were sold. She showed us a 1 bedroom that was available for move in the next day! The apartment had new flooring and looked to be freshly painted. Chelsea was great and also offered a few incentives (cash back after 60 days and half off rent the last two months!) We went back to the hotel to pick up our son to show him the place and move forward. He also liked the place and Chelsea then helped us with signing a lease and what we needed for move in. There were some minor issues with the apartment once we moved him in but even given the busy move in time, they have been very accommodating.
