  • We have gone to this brewery the last 4 years or so when visiting town and this was by far the least pleasant experience of all. When we arrived it took much more than 10 minutes to be acknowledged and the server was obviously new. It took a long time to get our drinks and by then we were ready to switch to the outside seating or the other bar. The server was definitely not sure how to get the orders filled quickly despite the fact that it was happy hour and not very busy at all. None of the other servers offered to help her nor did anyone have eye contact with us at all. This used to be a fun place to go and hang out, especially at the main bar. Maybe b/c we weren't sitting there it lost its appeal? I felt like just another tourist in a place that could not care less. Unfortunately I suggested this place to another friend who was in town 2 weeks earlier and they were too embarrassed to tell me they had a bad experience too. I only found out when I called to apologize I sent him there! I'm not planning on going here again.
