  • I stayed at this hotel several times on the past. Yesterday, around 5:30 pm I tried to purchased tickets for one of the show they gave us the worst service at the box office. There was a very rude, unprofessional Asian manager who didn't even know how to talk to customer. I can not believe they hired her as a manager. The service provided by this "lady" was very bad, rude, unprofessional and very inappropriate . She did not even understand English and couldn't read my information on my ID. In addition, she showed some lack of knowledge of her own job. Very very bad experience.
