Dont go here. I kept asking the front desk if the insurance was in the system before I started and he didn't check but still went ahead and did my inspection. Come to find out after they did my inspection and was time to pay it wasn't in the system at all and I had to pay for the inspection upfront even when I told them that I wasn't suppose to pay for anything because the insurance was going to pay. If I knew it wasn't in the system to begin with I wouldn't have told them to inspect my car till after I called the insurance company to understand what's going on.
Shame on you for not providing quality customer service and shame on you for backing me into a corner where my only option was to pay.
