  • When we first signed our lease with SWPM we had a bad experience with our property manager. But soon we got a new property manager named Bobbi Black. She has been amazing! We have rented for over 10 years & we have never had a better property manager. She returns my calls in a timely matter and she listens to my concerns regarding our rental. I love that she sends maintenance usually the next day and she follows up to make sure things got done! If I have questions she explains things so well for me. We are so greatful for Bobbi and how well she does her job. We actually signed another year because she is so great that we don't want to chance having to deal with somone else. Thank you Bobbi for being courtious and so helpful.
