| - I just received my '"redo of the redo", the THIRD error correction, yes THIRD, on my daughters graduation announcements, and it has the SAME ERROR AS THE OTHER TWO boxes of graduation announcements. It's such a POOR operation....terrible. When we call, they fumble around with excuses, and they just can't get it right. NOW WE ARE OUT OF TIME, empty handed. Don't use Jostens if you want quality work done correctly. The paper it is printed on is very flimsy, like typing paper, and the printing looks like it came off a home-printer, no embossing, no gloss, etc. I would have given them a ZERO star, but that isn't an option. We wasted our time and our money with Jostens. The last phone call with Corrine, she assured us it would be correct, and that SHE WOULD CALL last Friday and read it to us over the phone before she sent it. Surprise, surprise, she didn't call.
