  • DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! NOTHING BUT ISSUES. When I first moved in 3 months ago, I read some bad reviews but they were from a while back. I live in a studio and is way over priced for what you get. Walls are super thin and you can hear your neighbors conversations. The European washer dryer in unit is worthless! Everyone I talked with in the public laundry facility has to use the public ones because the one in your apartment sucks. It Does not even smell like your clothes are washed, and because there is not an exhaust your clothes do not dry. I called the office and they said no one had ever complained! Which is a complete lie because tenants in laundry facilities and maintenance said everyone has this issue and that is just how these washers are and be better off using the public ones! I moved here because I wanted a W/D unit in my apt. My dishwasher doesn't work and when I first moved in they said it was fixed, I just do them by hand and don't even bother putting up a fight. Top it all off I have had the neighbors from hell and the new management said they can't really do anything! That is so BS! I do not sleep every night since my neighbors are up doing who knows what and I can hear everything. It is very stressful I'm paying this much a month and not sleeping and having things not work. This place is Not worth the ridiculous rent!!! For the last 3 weeks the brand new washers have been shut off in the laundry facility and marked out of order. There is only 2 washers available which is ridiculous for such a large community. The property has doggy trash cans for poop and it smells like they never clean them out. My parents came to visit and they couldn't believe the stench of dog shit! I never take time to fill these out and I highly suggest not to move here!! Looks nice at first glance and the tour they give, but it's NOT A GOOD place to live. Do Not move here!
