  • The verdict: you pay for what you get. Initially, I just wanted to get a trim for my long bob. My hair is worst now, choppy layers, asymmetrical. I was reluctant to try first choice since they may not have much experience with cutting asian hair, but given that HK hair design is just as bad, I don't think I will ever come back. I spend so much time trying to style it and it still looks bad! I gave up all together - I just wear my hair in a pony now. I hope it grows back fast. I think spending the extra 20 dollars is worth it (I normally pay 35 dollars for a cut). I can't provide an opinion on male cuts. but ladies, be warned!
