  • This company is phenomenal. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I highly recommend that if your phone is giving you trouble, see them first. They may be able to save you money, keeping you from having to pay the insurance deductible with your cell carrier. That's what they did for me. Their work is fast and good. The power button was stuck/almost broken on my phone and they fixed it at a very fair price and in less than half an hour. Had I used my cell carrier's insurance to get a replacement phone, it would have cost me $150! I came in a week later with my husband and Galaxy S5 to have his malfunctioning audio jack repaired. They found lint in the port, cleaned it out in about 30 seconds and didn't even charge us for it. It's the nice, little things a business does that get me, like what they did with my husband's phone. That small, kind gesture will keep me coming back from now on. I will also be telling my friends about how honest and fair these folks are. 5++ stars for Sun Cellular!
