  • "I've owned Infiniti and Lexus vehicles for years. The experience pales to the enjoyment I've had with the XJL Supersport. My Service Advisor (Don Malumby) at Jaguar North Scottsdale has made that experience that much more gratifying. He consistently treats both me and my vehicle with the utmost respect and care. He's a credit and an important asset to both the dealer and to Jaguar. His is the only name I ever need remember. The rest of the dealership very deftly support Mr Malumby's role of managing a personalized customer experience. Very well done always."
