  • I would give a rating of zero but it is not an option. Spirit is the worst airline. Do not travel with them they do not care about you!!!! My flight was booked to travel from LAS to DAL leaving at 1:28am April 8th. First after arriving to airport at midnight. I got a noticed it was delayed. Then after several delayed notices: 3:30am, 5:30am then 8am was last notice. I left and ate and came back to gate at 6am. I checked flight status monitor and it still stated 8am for this flight. When I arrived to gate the agent informed me it was cancelled and acted like I should know. I showed her my last update that I received via email and she said I had to go to Spirit ticket Desk which means leaving gate area and go through security and start all over again?!?! I have been in line now for over an 1 1/2 hours due to not enough agents to handle all passengers that were canceled it was not just me affected. I was put in cancelation line which means no priority for this line take your time, who cares, is how I feel they are treating us at this point. I called cancellation phone line and only was offered next available flight which is for following day. I have a doctors appointment that was booked 6 months ago and would miss my flight due to taking next day flight. I asked if they can book me on different airline and was told "no sorry I cannot" Now, I hear other people calling asking for supervisor and they are getting booked on a different airline!!!! What the hell is that????? So I was lied to by agent on phone how dare them, this is a medical appointment why would they not care!!! Please after reading this you should not book any flights!! As I stated they do not give a dam!!! This is so clear to me and I am still in line and wondering how to get to my doctor's appointment. This is so upsetting why!!!
