  • What happened today? This is usually my favorite McDonald's Patrick not in uniform, no shirt tucked in, no name tag, touching all the cup lids in his shirt and actually denied being a manager when I asked?! Wth are we 2? I ordered a nugget combo and when I got to the window to pick up my food I asked for sauce... Nuggets should come with sauce right? Patrick tells me.... Next time you really need to ask for the sauce when you order. WHAT? So I tell him it's not my job to order sauce it's theirs to ask me if I want sauce and he starts lecturing me about what their normal policy is? Who even is this guy? I've never seen him, he isn't in uniform... So I ask are you a manager here? Are you really arguing with me over it being my job to ask for sauce (obviously I asked for it that's why we are even talking). Patrick states no I'm not a manager. So I call... I really like this McDonald's usually the kids in the drive thru are really on it (this was not a kid so shoulda been my first clue) I've actually called in the past to say what a great job the kids do I love that they actually smile... A female answers the phone well enough. So I ask, " whom am I speaking with" I just wanted to make sure it was a manager before I start talking... And she responds with, " well who is this?" WHAT? Seriously? Is this a business? So I say I wanted to write a review and wanted to make sure I get the guys name right...ohh. Now it's I'm Maria and that's Patrick a fellow manager. " Really" I asked "because he told me he wasn't a manager" she said oh he is.... At that point I just say thank you and hang up. Please please tell me where all the good staff went.... I'm so upset. So today I'm giving 3 starts but only because usually they are 5. Based on today only I would give a 1 star and never go back. To to everything off the food was cold.
