  • All issues resolved. Management and I had a discussion and they provided quick resolutions to the items I brought up. Everyone looking to lease a beautiful apartment located in proximity to everything should live here! So I've lived here since October. Relatively quiet, good amenities. 2 complaints - my bike was stolen while locked in the garage and I was told "no security cameras, no responsibility, file a police report". WTF. Thank you, Lincoln, for the protection of my $800 bicycle. Should the residents even feel safe here? maintenance - not the quickest to respond. Bike still missing - but UPDATE ON DEALING WITH OFFICE!! Today my fridge filter light came on. Emailed office. They said that I will be charged $50 to replace the filter ON A REFRIGERATOR THAT I RENT!!!! Hahahaha ridiculous. Bike stolen, no security camera, and I'm still getting screwed. By the way - Ashley, the manager, brought her rugs from home in to be cleaned by the carpet cleaners doing the floors of the complex. I witnessed this and also having them rolled up and put back in her vehicle. How much was SHE charged? My opinion - look around at other places and definitely read the fine print of your lease. You also pay $20/year to pick up packages here
