  • We found this place by chance while looking for a new home. Like most people we looked at the reviews which were not many since this community is pretty brand new. We saw a couple of bad reviews but in all honesty the complaints could have been easily resolved. The staff were very helpful and courteous during the whole process. The fees that were presented to us were a bit confusing but the staff was able to communicate thoroughly what we were being charged. Yes, the fees are a bit much but we could have gone somewhere else if we weren't happy about it. Once approved, everything went smoothly. We did encounter a few critters when we moved in but they have been quickly resolved with a few visits from the exterminator and a few adjustments to the spaces underneath the foot boards. (This is a new community and there's a lot of construction so we expected this.) The trash valley is great for those who aren't close to the trash receptacle. Overall, we're happy with our new home and the amenities that are offered.
